The challenge facing the recreational boating industry is not unique to our industry – almost every industrial sector in Canada utilizing skilled workers is being challenged. It is imperative that recreational boating begins a program to attract new workers to the industry before skilled workers are attracted to other industries.
The support of the entire industry is needed to help solve the problem. All contributions are tax deductible and 100 per cent of your contributions will go towards the new centre of excellence. Download your
